When you buy jeans with a very special thread feature and the jeans need to be shortened, most people want to keep that feature. Generally they will ask if I can repeat what is there. Most of the time I can if it is the standard jeans thread. But if it is the thread that has about 5 or 6 strands and is a little like soft rope, I can't repeat that.
So the next option is to do what I call the Euro hem easy option. It will maintain the original hem, but there are some tricks to getting it right. In this video I cover some of the tips you might want to consider.
