Some tops and dresses have keyhole openings at the front. And most of them look great. However this top was for a young girl and her mum felt it needed to be filled in. So we used a chiffon which I doubled over.
I have not done step by step, but thought you might like to see what can be done, so if you have anything like this you will have an idea on how to do your own.
