Have you ever wondered what is an easy way to shorten the lining on a gown when the outer fashion fabric is not straight? When the other fabric is not straight, the amount of fabric being cut off at the front, sides and back will be different.
And in almost all gowns the hem will not be straight. It might be that the manufacturer did not cut it properly or it could be the person's body shape. But whatever the reason, how much do you take from the lining? Is it straight as well? What do you do? This video explains my method for solving this problem
