Ballpoint Sewing Needle have a rounded point so that it does not cause knits to run or snag, because it enters between the knit fibers.

Denim Needle have a sharp point to penetrate tightly woven fabrics without deflecting the needle.  For canvas, denim and microfibers.

Embroidery Needle have a special scarf, a slightly rounded point and slightly larger eye to avoid damage to thread and materials.  Use with metallic and other specialty threads for embroidery and decorative sewing.

Leather Needle have a wedge shaped point which is specially designed to penetrate leather and artificial leather.  This needle is not suitable for textiles.

Microtex Sewing Needle 60/8 are used on fine fabrics such as chiffon, silk, synthetic leathers and micro fibre fabrics.  Has a very sharp point like Denim needles but are available in smaller sizes.  Use for microfiber to top stitch lightweight woven fabric.

Quilting Needle have a special tapered point and light ballpoint to sew through layers and batting with ease

Stretch Needle have a special scarf to eliminate skipped stitches when there is flex in the fabric.  For knits, swimwear, fleece, synthetic suedes and leathers.

Stretch Twin Needle has two stretch needles mounted on one shank. 80/12 90/14 Assorted

Top stitch Needle have a very large eye.  This is ideal for top stitching with heavier threads.  Both the eye and groove are larger.  This makes it great for machine tatting or crazy quilt embellishment with silk buttonhole twist, 12 and 30 weight cotton and other decorative threads.

Twin Needle have two separate needles mounted onto one shank.  Use for decorative sewing, top stitching and twin needle tucks.  The larger the number the wider the space between the needle.

Universal Needles have a slightly rounded point and come in a variety of sizes. For general sewing in a variety of fabric types and weights.

Wing Needle have wide wings on the side of the needle to poke holes in the fabric when sewing entredeux and other hemstitches on natural fiber fabrics.
