This is a really beautiful dress. But the sleeves are too long. On top of that they flare out at the bottom. The manufacturer put a small hem on the sleeve. But it was twisted, and in my opinion did not look nice.
I decided to put a bigger hem allowance on the sleeve, but that meant I needed to do some tweaking to the hem allowance so that it would sit flat. That's what this video is about. How I tweaked the hem allowance on a peaked sleeve
