How to shorten tee shirt without sewing

This is a great way to shorten tee shirt without sewing.  If you are in a rush and need to get the job done quickly and do not mind a bit of flounce then this alteration will work great for you.

The elastic I used is 20 mm and is available from my shop - Elastic braided hank 3metres 20 mm
