Leather or suede jackets are a prized possession in our wardrobes.  Having the sleeve the right length is a given.  But of course an alteration shop may charge a lot for this work to be done.  If you love to sew, I am confident you will love the way I have altered my suede jacket.

It had top stitching around the sleeve to hold it up.  With the method I use, you do not even have to re top stitch.  The choice is yours.

And it make it that much easier for you I have created a video which you can view.  It takes you through the alteration from the very beginning, when working out the length of the sleeve through to the finished product.
