How to downsize a tee shirt or polo

This polo had to have the sleeves lifted onto the shoulders, the sides taken in and splits returned to the side seams at the bottom.

For almost all of the alteration I only used my over locker with four threads attached.  The only time I used my sewing machine was securing the seam allowance at the sleeves and stitching the splits.

I lowered the blade on the overlocker for the splits, but put it back on for the sides.
