True story of a bride who called two days before the wedding with a hole in the lace of her gown.  Not a lot of time, but I did the darn hole tulle lace wedding gown for her, and she was happy that it was not going to get any bigger.

I used a sock sleeve to repair the hole.  It makes it easier to see what is happening with the tulle/lace.  In hindsight I could have made the stitches a little looser.  That might have made it less visible.  I used a standard thread for the repair.  Always try to match the color as best as possible
